Our fully UK-based technical team boasts a combined experience of over 175 years working with, or in, merchant businesses.
This translates to a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by importers, stockists, and merchants. From navigating complex regulations and managing diverse product ranges to streamlining operations and optimising stock control, our team has been there, done that, and has the expertise to help your business really thrive.
Sales, Finance & Admin
At the helm is our MD, Ian. He brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the table, and his passion for helping businesses thrive with Merchanter is infectious.
New to the team is Dom, our Operations Director! Having practically grown up around the company (his parents are our founders!), Dom's journey from video game development to leading Merchanter's operations reflects his passion for creating user-friendly software.
Keeping things running smoothly is Rachel Evans, our amazing EA. She's the glue that holds everything together, and her friendly smile and can-do attitude are a constant source of sunshine in the office.
Keeping our finances in order is Leane, our financial controller. She makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so we can all focus on what we do best – helping you get the most out of Merchanter!

The projects team is where the magic happens.
Leading the charge are our project managers, George and Omer. These guys are here to ensure each client project is delivered on time and on budget. They're your go-to guys for keeping things on track, and they're not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
Joining them is the newest member of the crew, Ryan, our system implementation & project manager. Ryan brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the table, especially for our timber merchant clients. Together, they're a force to be reckoned with, tackling projects with expertise, dedication, and (we hope!) a healthy dose of laughter along the way.

Our UK-based helpdesk and support crew are your first line of defense when it comes to Merchanter!
Mark, the helpdesk manager, leads the team with a calm head and a can-do attitude. He's the mastermind behind making sure your questions get answered quickly and efficiently.
Working alongside Mark is Jason, who's got a knack for troubleshooting even the trickiest issues. Don't let his 'mug shot' scare you, he's a friendly chap really!
Rounding out the team is Chaz, our senior support analyst. Chaz is always happy to explain things in plain English and loves helping users get the most out of Merchanter.

Development, Quality & Performance
Working their magic behind the scenes is the Development, Quality & Performance team. Leading the charge is Bob, the Development Manager, ensuring everyone's in sync and the systems work as they should.
Alongside Bob is Andrew, our talented Software Developer. Andrew's the one who translates your ideas and functionality requests into real Merchanter features, making sure it has everything you could ever want or need.
