Book a call with Ian

Ian, our Managing Director, has spent his career in the family business, building on the software his parents founded and growing it into what Merchanter is today - so when you book a call, you're talking to the person who knows the system inside out.

He stays hands-on across product development and customer onboarding, and has worked with merchants across timber, builders' supplies, steel, plumbing and heating and more. If you've got an unusual setup or a specific question, he's the right person to answer it.
